Dr. Aadil Nakhoda is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (Pakistan) and a Research Fellow at Centre of Business and Economic Research (CBER). He has a PhD in International Economics from University of California at Santa Cruz and specializes in International Trade, Development Economics and Business Strategies. He has taught courses on International Trade, International Political Economy, and Development Economics to undergraduate and graduate students. He has published in international journals and has research collaborations with multilateral organizations. His recent research focuses on analyzing the impact of non-tariff measures on international trading activities, determining trade competitiveness at the industry-level and firm-level constraints related to participation in international trade. He publishes regularly in highly circulated newspapers and magazines in Pakistan on topics and issues related to trade competitiveness, industrial development, and business strategies.
